MEL (UK) was contracted to carry out the install in Sittingbourne Community College on the July 2011.  Through the consultation given by the team at MEL (UK) it was decided that a total of 1481 ME-T5 Adaptors would be installed throughout the college including the Huts and Sports halls that they have on campus.  The ME-T5 adaptors were used to convert their existing T8 fittings over to T5.  Post installation the data colleted from Sittingbourne shows that not only did they make an energy saving of 42.32% this was greater than the original proposal had calculated.
