Our service starts with building an understanding of your needs – typically a first meeting will take an hour or so. At this meeting we will show you our products, explain how they work and gain an understanding of your priorities.
Following the initial meeting we recommend that we carry out a survey. This allows us to provide you with a detailed proposal that will include energy and carbon saving calculations and the payback periods. From this point we are happy to work as part of your team – supplying our products and technical support, or we can take the project through to completion.
Our commitment doesn’t stop after delivery or installation. Our service back up is first class. Our products are subjected to a continuous testing regime that is exceptional. This results in very low failure rates.
We are not going to pretend that we don’t get the odd failure – we do. Every failure is an opportunity for us to learn how to improve our product. We hope that it is never put to the test, but we can assure you that resolving a problem satisfactorily is given the same priority as a sale.
