The Sales Team
Our sales team all have hands on experience at surveying, installing and quality control.
All of our sales people – have to go on surveys. By doing so, they understand the issues that customers are faced with. As part of a survey we look for the potential problems – to help us give better advice.
We have found that there is no substitute for hands on experience. So again, every sales person has to work with the installation teams. To gain first hand experience of the issues that can, and do arise.
We take pride in our quality control procedures. One of the last checks that take place is a visual check of every adaptor before it is sent out. Everyone helps.
Our sales team are not catalogue sales people. They all understand how our products work and what they can and can’t do. Product knowledge training is a constant process.
We take pride in the performance of our products – all of our team are personally involved.
Because our sales team understand how our products work and have confidence in them, they have tremendous enthusiasm - which can be infectious!
We aren’t interested in a ‘quick sale', we are interested in developing professional long-term relationships.
