- Power consumption checked and recorded - random selection of fittings
- Lamp holders identified and checked for condition and ease of fitting
- Diffusers checked for condition and any issues noted per room / area
- Access & working issues identified and recorded
- HF / Switchstart fittings are identified and recorded
- Site operating hours checked and recorded
- Energy price checked and recorded
- Site photographed
- Written report provided to client - including full energy saving and cost recovery proposal
