Induction lamp and Control Gear Guarantee.
ME Lighting (UK) limited is the sole UK supplier of the ME-Induction units & control gear. These products are noted for their first class engineering, state of the art circuit design, high quality components and systemic quality assurance. Therefore, ME Lighting (UK) Limited provide a 5 year replacement guarantee.
The guarantee period commences from the date of delivery of the units, or from the completion date of the installation, for 5 years, provided the installation has been carried out by ME Lighting (UK) Ltd or one of their approved contractors.
The 5 year guarantee applies to the lamps and electronic control gear operated according to ME Lighting (UK) Limited specifications and used under normal working conditions.
In the unlikely event of any defects, ME Lighting (UK) Limited will, free of charge, replace or repair any units that have demonstrably failed during the guarantee period due to a material or manufacturing failure.
ME Lighting (UK) Limited reserves the right to test the items in question before accepting a claim. The purchaser’s statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.

LED Guarantee
Me Lighting (UK) limited is the sole UK supplier of the ME-LED units & control gear. These products are noted for their first class engineering, state of the art circuit design, high quality components and systemic quality assurance. Therefore, ME Lighting (UK) Limited provide a 3 year replacement guarantee.
The guarantee period commences from the date of delivery of the units, or from the completion date of the installation, for 3 years, provided the installation has been carried out by ME Lighting (UK) Ltd or one of their approved contractors.
The 3 year guarantee applies to the lamps and electronic control gear operated according to ME Lighting (UK) Limited specifications and used under normal working conditions.

The ME-T5 Adaptor Guarantee
Me Lighting (UK) limited is the sole UK supplier of the ME-T5 Adaptor. These electronic control gears are noted for their first class engineering, state of the art circuit design, high quality components and systemic quality assurance. Therefore, ME Lighting (UK) Limited provide a 36 month replacement guarantee on the ME-T5 Adaptor (ME-T5-14WS, ME-T514WP, ME-T5-21W, ME-T5-28W, ME-T5-35W, ME-T5-49W).
The guarantee period commences from the date of delivery of the adaptors, or from the completion date of the installation, for 36 months, provided the installation has been carried out by ME Lighting (UK) Ltd or one of their approved contractors.
The 36 month guarantee applies to electronic control gear operated according to ME Lighting (UK) Limited specifications and used under normal working conditions.
In the unlikely event of any defects, ME Lighting (UK) Limited will, free of charge, replace or repair any units that have demonstrably failed during the guarantee period due to a material or manufacturing failure.
